There are three levels of membership in the NASLEF association: Founding Member, Sustaining Partner, and Affiliate Member. If you are interested in becoming a member, please review the eligibility information below to ensure your organization qualifies. Membership in NASLEF must be approved by the NASLEF Board of Directors. We thank you for your interest in NASLEF and encourage you to submit an application. EXISTING MEMBERS
NASLEF plays a crucial role in fostering affordable housing and community development through the use of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). NASLEF members, categorized into active and corporate members, include a variety of entities dedicated to investing in and supporting affordable housing projects.
FOUNDING MEMBERS
Founding member organizations whose principal employment is that of a regional, state, or local equity fund not solely controlled by or managed by a national fund, consultant, or third party.
SUSTAINING PARTNER MEMBERS
Any organization or individual having a professional interest and involvement with Founding Members and would like to engage and collaborate with the NASLEF Network.
AFFILIATE MEMBERS
Any organization or individual having a professional interest and involvement in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program or similar affordable housing program.
